Step 1: Application Submission
To begin your application, click the green “Apply Now” button on our website and complete the Credit Application. You will be redirected to our Contact page where you can fill out your basic information. Once completed click submit and soon after you’ll receive an email for our Processing Department.
- The Processing Department will request the last 4 months of your business bank statements.
- Bank statements are required to:
1. Verify revenue
2. Assess cash flow
3. Evaluate financial stability
4. Identify any potential fraud
5. Project future performance
Step 2: Receiving An Approval
Once your business bank statements are submitted, our Processing Department will be able to tailor an approval based off your revenue, cash flow stability, and future performance. You can expect a response with an offer within 12 hours of submission.
Step 3: Accepting Your Offer & Agreement Request
You will receive an offer sheet outlining the Purchase Price, Factor Rate, and Terms. If you find the offer satisfactory, please respond with your selected option. The Processing Department will request a Voided Check for your Business Bank Account and State-Issued ID to proceed with the agreement.
- A Voided Check is required to confirm the correct account and routing numbers for funding.
- A State-Issued ID ensures accurate business owner information is reflected in the agreement.
If you need to request changes to the offer, simply reply with your desired adjustments, and our Processing Department will review and revise where possible.
Step 4: Agreement Review and Verification
The final agreement will be sent to you via email through DocuSign or RightSignature. After reviewing, you can sign electronically to accept the terms. Following this, our Verification Department will contact you to conduct a funding call and confirm your banking login.
- The Funding Call verifies that all information on the agreement is
accurate and that you fully understand the terms - Bank Login Verification is essential for:
1. Fraud Prevention
2. Bank statement verification
3. Financial audit of your current month-to-date
Step 5: Funding and Repayment
Upon successful verification, funds will be disbursed via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer. Your repayment process will commence 24 hours after the funds are deposited into your account.
