Step 1: Application Submission

To begin your application, navigate to the “Merchant Online Application” tab on
our website and complete the Credit Application. At the bottom of the
application form, there is an upload field where you can securely submit your
most recent four months of bank statements.

  • The Credit Application allows us to perform a soft credit pull (no hard
    inquiries are made).
  • Bank statements are required to:1. Verify revenue
    2.
    Assess cash flow.
    3.
    Evaluate financial stability
    4. Identify any potential fraud.
    5. Project future performance.

Step 2: Document Review and Application Processing

Once your documents are submitted, you will receive an email confirming
receipt of your application. Our Processing Department will then begin
reviewing your file. You can expect a response with an offer within 12 hours of
submission.

Step 3: Offer and Document Submission

You will receive an offer sheet outlining the Purchase Price, Factor Rate, and
Terms. If you find the offer satisfactory, please respond with your selected
option, along with your Voided Check and State-Issued ID to proceed with the
agreement.

  • A Voided Check is required to confirm the correct account and routing
    numbers for funding.
  • A State-Issued ID ensures accurate business owner information is reflected in the agreement.

If you need to request changes to the offer, simply reply with your desired
adjustments, and our Processing Department will review and revise where
possible.

Step 4: Agreement and Verification

The final agreement will be sent to you via email through DocuSign or
RightSignature. After reviewing, you can sign electronically to accept the terms.
Following this, our Verification Department will contact you to conduct a
funding call and confirm your banking login.

  • The Funding Call verifies that all information on the agreement is
    accurate and that you fully understand the terms
  • Bank Login Verification is essential for:
    1. Accurate revenue verification.
    2. Fraud prevention.
    3. Transparent processing.

Step 5: Funding and Repayment

Upon successful verification, funds will be disbursed via Automated Clearing
House (ACH) transfer. Your repayment process will commence 24 hours after
the funds are deposited into your account.
