The Arena Funding Source services and website are operated by “Arena Funding Source LLC”. Arena Funding Source is in the business of providing customers with Revenue-Based Financing products and related services (“Services”). Arena Funding Source is not a broker, investment advisor or financial planner, and we do not provide financial, securities, legal or tax advice. Before making any decision or implementing any strategy you should consider obtaining additional information and advice from your accountant, attorney, and/or other advisors. “You” is defined as the owner of the company completing the application on behalf of the company seeking funding. Unless otherwise noted, any agreements, authorizations or consents made by you, or permissions granted to you hereunder also apply and are binding on your company seeking funding directly from Arena Funding Source.

Credit Profile Agreement

Credit and Background Check Authorization

I, hereby authorize “Arena Funding Source LLC” to obtain and review my credit
report and background information for the purpose of evaluating my
creditworthiness and suitability for a credit profile arrangement.

Authorization Details:

1. Authorization Scope: This authorization allows Company to obtain and
review my credit report and background information from any consumer reporting
agency or background screening service deemed necessary by Company.

2. Information Release: I understand that the information obtained may
include, but is not limited to, credit history, employment history, criminal records,
and public records.

3. Purpose: The information obtained will be used solely for the purpose of
assessing my creditworthiness and suitability for a credit profile arrangement with
Company.

4. Confidentiality: I understand that the information obtained will be treated
confidentially and will only be used for the purposes stated above. Company will
not disclose this information to any third party without my explicit consent, except
as required by law.

5. Release of Liability: I release Company, its employees, and agents from any
liability arising from the use or disclosure of the information obtained in
accordance with this authorization.

6. Duration: This authorization shall remain valid for the duration of my
relationship with Company and for any subsequent credit profile arrangements
unless revoked by me in writing.

E-Sign Consent Agreement

This E-Sign Consent Agreement is made and entered into between “Arena Funding
Source LLC and the undersigned user.

1. Electronic Signature Consent

1.1. Consent: By agreeing to this Agreement, User consents to the use of
electronic signatures and records in connection with any transactions or
agreements entered into with Company.

1.2. Scope: User acknowledges that electronic signatures, when used in connection
with a transaction or agreement, have the same legal effect as handwritten
signatures.

2. Use of Electronic Signatures

2.1. Electronic Signatures: User agrees that any electronic signature provided by
User in connection with a transaction or agreement with Company shall be legally
binding and enforceable.

2.2. Method of Delivery: User agrees that electronic signatures may be delivered
and executed using electronic methods, including but not limited to, clicking a
checkbox, typing a name, or using an electronic signature platform provided by
Company.

3. Withdrawal of Consent

3.1. Withdrawal: User has the right to withdraw consent to the use of electronic
signatures at any time by notifying Company in writing. However, withdrawal of
consent may result in the termination of access to certain services or agreements
provided by Company.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

4.1. Responsibility: User acknowledges and agrees that it is User’s responsibility
to ensure that User has the necessary hardware and software to access and use
electronic signatures and records.

6. Acceptance

6.1. Acknowledgment: By clicking “I Agree” or by otherwise indicating
acceptance of this Agreement, User acknowledges that User has read, understood,
and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

7. Effective Date

7.1. Effective Date: This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of User’s
acceptance.
